TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.  Promoter

1.     The promoter of this offer is Illawarra Toyota (94 103 483 389) Illawarra Toyota operating across dealership sites in the Illawarra region of New South Wales, Australia.

2.  Offer Summary

2.     The Dealership will reimburse the applicable New South Wales stamp duty (motor vehicle duty) on the purchase of eligible new Toyota HiLux vehicles (“the Offer”).

3.     The stamp duty reimbursement will be applied as a credit on the sale contract at the time of vehicle delivery, reducing the total amount payable by the purchaser.

4.     The stamp duty amount reimbursed will be calculated based on the dutiable value of the vehicle as determined under applicable NSW legislation at the time of registration.

3.  Eligible Vehicles

5.     This Offer applies exclusively to new Toyota HiLux vehicles from current in-stock inventory held by the Dealership.

6.     All HiLux variants, grades and configurations in dealership stock are eligible, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

7.     Used, TCPO, or Ex Fleet/Rental are not eligible for this Offer.

4.  Promotion Period

8.     The Offer is valid for vehicles sold and delivered between 1 July 2026 and 31 July 2026 inclusive (“the Promotion Period”).

9.     To be eligible, a binding sale contract must be executed and the vehicle physically delivered to the purchaser within the Promotion Period.

10.  Contracts entered prior to 1 July 2026 or with delivery scheduled after 31 July 2026 are not eligible, regardless of when the deposit was paid.

11.  The Dealership reserves the right to close the Offer early if all eligible stock is sold.

5.  Not in Conjunction

12.  This Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount, bonus, incentive, fleet pricing arrangement, or campaign currently available from the Dealership, Toyota Australia, or any third party.

13.  The Offer cannot be combined with any Toyota corporate, government, or fleet pricing programme.

6.  No Discount on Sale Contract

14.  To be eligible for this Offer, the sale contract must reflect the full recommended retail price of the vehicle. No discount, price reduction, or trade-in over allowance may be applied to the sale contract in conjunction with this Offer.

15.  Any sale contract that includes a vehicle price discount will render this Offer void and the stamp duty reimbursement will not be applied.

16.  Accessories, dealer-fit options, and finance products may be added to the contract at their standard retail prices and will not affect eligibility, provided no discount is applied to the base vehicle price.

7.  General Conditions

17.  The Offer is available to private retail purchasers only. Business, fleet, and government purchasers are not eligible unless otherwise approved in writing by the Dealership.

18.  The Offer is available at participating Illawarra Toyota (Wollongong and Albion Park)

19.  The Dealership reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend this Offer at any time without notice, subject to applicable consumer law obligations.

20.  This Offer is subject to vehicle availability. No rainchecks will be issued.

21.  Images shown in promotional materials may depict vehicles with optional accessories not included in the standard vehicle price.

22.  These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

8.  Australian Consumer Law

23.  Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any applicable state or territory legislation.
