The Offer $2,000 Trade-In Top Up, applied to the customer's trade-in vehicle when purchasing an eligible new Hilux. Applies to New and Demonstrator Hilux vehicles only, excludes Fleet purchases.

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale event described above (“the Offer”) run at Albion Park Toyota (APT) and Wollongong Toyota (WGT), together “Illawarra Toyota” (each a “Participating Dealer”). By accepting the Offer, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Promotion Period

The Offer is available only during the period commencing Monday 3 August 2026 and concluding Monday 31 August 2026 (“Promotion Period”). The Offer does not apply before or after the Promotion Period.

2. Participating Dealers

The Offer is available exclusively at Illawarra Toyota's Albion Park Rail and North Wollongong dealerships. The Offer does not apply at any other dealership, including any other Tony White Group dealership or brand.

3. The Offer

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, customers who purchase an eligible new Hilux from a Participating Dealer during the Promotion Period and trade in an eligible vehicle as part of that purchase will receive a $2,000 Trade-In Top Up (“the Top Up”), being an additional $2,000 applied on top of the Participating Dealer's standard trade-in valuation for the customer's trade-in vehicle.

The Top Up is already incorporated into, and reflected as part of, the trade-in figure offered to the customer. It is not paid or itemised separately, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied as a discount off the vehicle purchase price.

The Offer is only available where the customer trades in an eligible vehicle as part of the transaction. The Offer does not apply to purchases that do not include a trade-in.

4. Vehicle Eligibility

The Offer applies only to vehicles that are:

(a) New and Demonstrator Toyota Hilux vehicles in the Participating Dealer's current stock at the time of sale; and

(b) able to be delivered to the customer on or before 31 August 2026.

Vehicles that require a factory order, or an interstate or inter-dealer transfer that cannot be completed in time to deliver the vehicle by 31 August 2026, are not eligible for the Offer.

5. Not in Conjunction with Any Other Offer

The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount, or incentive, whether run by the Participating Dealer, Toyota Australia, or any third party, unless otherwise approved in writing by the Participating Dealer's management.

6. Sale Must Occur Within the Promotion Period

To be eligible for the Offer, the vehicle sale contract must be signed and dated within the Promotion Period, being 3 August 2026 to 31 August 2026 inclusive. Contracts signed or dated prior to 3 August 2026 are not eligible for the Offer, regardless of when discussions or negotiations with the customer began.

7. Full Retail Price Requirement

To be eligible for the Offer, the sale contract must reflect the full recommended retail price (RRP) of the vehicle. No discount or price reduction may be applied to the vehicle price on the sale contract in conjunction with the Offer, other than the Trade-In Top Up described in clause 3.

8. Offer Void if Vehicle Price is Discounted

Any sale contract that includes a discount or price reduction on the vehicle will render the Offer void in its entirety. Where a contract is found to include a vehicle price discount, the Trade-In Top Up will not apply, and the trade-in valuation will instead be determined in accordance with the Participating Dealer's standard appraisal process.

9. Trade-In Vehicle Requirements

Acceptance of any trade-in vehicle, and the value applied before the Top Up, remains subject to the Participating Dealer's standard trade-in appraisal process. The trade-in vehicle must be presented with clear title and in safe, registerable condition. The Participating Dealer reserves the right to decline any trade-in vehicle that does not meet its standard acceptance criteria, in which case the Offer will not apply.

10. Accessories, Dealer-Fit Options and Finance Products

Accessories, dealer-fit options, and finance products may be added to the sale contract at their standard retail (undiscounted) prices without affecting eligibility for the Offer, provided that no discount is applied to the base vehicle price.

11. General Conditions

(a) The Offer is available to retail customers purchasing a New or Demonstrator Hilux while eligible stock lasts and may be withdrawn once eligible stock is exhausted.

(b) The Trade-In Top Up is applied as part of the trade-in valuation and is not payable or redeemable as cash.

(c) The Participating Dealer reserves the right to vary, extend, or withdraw the Offer at any time without notice, provided that any vehicle already validly contracted under the Offer during the Promotion Period will be honoured.

(d) Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy a customer has under the Australian Consumer Law.

(e) Any images used in advertising this Offer are for illustration purposes only and may not depict the exact vehicle, colour, or specification available.

(f) Errors and omissions excepted (E&OE).
