OFFER OVERVIEW

Illawarra Toyota is pleased to offer eligible customers Three (3) Years Free Capped Price Servicing on the purchase of any new Toyota vehicle during the Kings Birthday Long Weekend Sale promotion period. This offer is subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

ELIGIBILITY

•    Offer applies to new Toyota vehicles purchased and delivered from Illawarra Toyota during the promotional period.

•    Applicable to all new Toyota passenger, SUV, commercial, and hybrid/EV models in stock at Illawarra Toyota.

•    One (1) offer per vehicle purchase. Offer is non-transferable and cannot be applied retrospectively to vehicles purchased prior to the promotional period.

•    Purchaser must be the registered owner of the vehicle.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

The Kings Birthday Long Weekend Sale promotion runs from Friday, 5 June 2026 to Sunday, 7 June 2026 (inclusive). Vehicles must be contracted/purchased within this period. Delivery may occur after the promotional period, subject to vehicle availability.

THREE YEARS FREE CAPPED PRICE SERVICING — CONDITIONS

•    The Three (3) Years Free Capped Price Servicing benefit covers scheduled logbook services as specified in the Toyota Service Schedule for the purchased vehicle model, for a period of three (3) years from the date of vehicle delivery.

•    Servicing must be carried out exclusively at Illawarra Toyota's authorised service centre.

•    Capped price servicing covers standard scheduled service items as defined under Toyota's Capped Price Servicing Program, including labour and standard parts (e.g. oil, filters) as outlined in the service schedule.

•    Additional repairs, maintenance, wear items (e.g. tyres, brakes, wipers, globes), recalls, fault diagnostics, bodywork, or items outside the scheduled service scope are not included and will be charged at standard rates.

•    The 'free' component applies to the capped price amount only. Any work outside the capped price schedule remains the owner's responsibility.

•    Service intervals must be adhered to in accordance with the Toyota service schedule (by time or kilometres, whichever occurs first). Missed or overdue services may void this entitlement.

•    This benefit is linked to the vehicle's VIN and is non-transferable in the event of vehicle resale, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Illawarra Toyota.

•    Maximum of three (3) years or the number of scheduled services due within that period, whichever is reached first.

TOYOTA AUSTRALIA CAPPED PRICE SERVICING PROGRAM

This promotion is offered by Illawarra Toyota and is in addition to Toyota Australia's standard Capped Price Servicing Program. In the event of any inconsistency, Illawarra Toyota's promotional terms prevail for the purposes of this offer.

•    This offer has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any alternative benefit.

•    By accepting this offer, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Used Cars

1. OFFER OVERVIEW

Illawarra Toyota and Albion Park Motor Group (together, 'the Dealers') are offering a minimum deposit contribution of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000 AUD) toward the purchase of any eligible used vehicle during the Kings Birthday Long Weekend Sale. The deposit contribution will be applied directly to reduce the balance payable on the vehicle purchase contract.

3. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

The promotion is valid from opening of business on Friday, 5 June 2026 and concludes at close of business on Sunday, 7 June 2026 ('Promotional Period'). To be eligible, a binding purchase contract must be signed and a deposit accepted by the Dealer within the Promotional Period. Vehicles delivered after the Promotional Period remain eligible provided the contract and deposit were received within the period.

4. ELIGIBLE VEHICLES

4.1 General Eligibility

•    Offer applies exclusively to the Used Car Departments of Illawarra Toyota and Albion Park Motor Group (covering GAC Motor, Mitsubishi Motors, GWM, and Geely Auto used vehicle stock). It is not available through any new vehicle department, new car sales team, or new vehicle order process.

•    Vehicles must be physically present in the participating Dealer's used car inventory as at the date of sale.

•    Offer is valid on one (1) used vehicle per customer transaction. Multiple vehicles in a single transaction are subject to Dealer approval.

•    Demo vehicles (registered and previously driven as display/test-drive vehicles) qualify as used vehicles for the purposes of this offer.

4.2 Minimum Vehicle Criteria — Roadworthy & Registered (NSW Legislative Requirements)

All used vehicles sold under this promotion must meet the following minimum legislative standards under New South Wales law:

(a) Registration — Road Transport Act 2013 (NSW)

–     All vehicles offered for sale under this promotion must hold current, valid registration issued under the Road Transport Act 2013 (NSW) and the Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Regulation 2017 (NSW), or be capable of being registered at the time of delivery.

–     Registration must be current and not suspended, cancelled, or expired at the time of delivery to the purchaser, unless the parties have agreed in writing that the Dealer will arrange registration prior to delivery.

–     Where a vehicle requires registration to be renewed or transferred prior to delivery, the Dealer shall ensure this is completed in accordance with the requirements of Transport for NSW (TfNSW) and Service NSW.

(b) Roadworthiness — Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Regulation 2017 (NSW)

–     All eligible vehicles must comply with the vehicle standards prescribed under the Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Regulation 2017 (NSW) and the Australian Vehicle Standards Rules 2023 (AVS Rules) as adopted in NSW.

–     Each vehicle must pass, or have passed within a period acceptable to TfNSW, a safety inspection carried out by an Authorised Inspection Station (AIS) in NSW, confirming that the vehicle meets the minimum roadworthy standard required for registration.

–     A pink slip (eSafety Check) must be current and on file for each vehicle sold under this promotion where required under NSW legislation, confirming the vehicle's fitness for road use.

–     The Dealer warrants that all vehicles offered under this promotion will, at the time of delivery to the purchaser, comply with the applicable vehicle safety standards under NSW law.

(c) Consumer Guarantees — Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) as applied in NSW

–     All used vehicles sold under this promotion are subject to the statutory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including (but not limited to) guarantees as to acceptable quality, fitness for disclosed purpose, and compliance with descriptions.

–     Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes, or modifies any right or guarantee conferred on a purchaser under the ACL that cannot be lawfully excluded.

–     Where a vehicle is sold with known defects or conditions, these must be fully disclosed to the purchaser in writing prior to execution of the purchase contract, consistent with the Dealer's obligations under the ACL and the Motor Dealers and Repairers Act 2013 (NSW).

(d) Motor Dealers and Repairers Act 2013 (NSW) & Motor Dealers and Repairers Regulation 2014 (NSW)

–     The Dealers operate under licences issued under the Motor Dealers and Repairers Act 2013 (NSW) ('MDRA'). All vehicle sales under this promotion are conducted in accordance with the MDRA and the Motor Dealers and Repairers Regulation 2014.

–     A statutory warranty applies to eligible used vehicles as prescribed under the Motor Dealers and Repairers Regulation 2014 (NSW). The statutory warranty period is determined by the vehicle's odometer reading and age as set out in the Regulation.

–     The statutory warranty covers defects in the major mechanical components of the vehicle as defined in the Regulation. It does not cover cosmetic items, consumables, or damage arising from misuse after delivery.

–     Purchasers will be provided with a completed used vehicle sale contract including all required disclosures under the MDRA and Regulation at the time of sale.

(e) Odometer & Disclosure Obligations

–     In accordance with the Road Transport Act 2013 (NSW) and ACL, the Dealer shall not misrepresent or fail to disclose the recorded odometer reading of any vehicle offered under this promotion.

–     Any known odometer discrepancy must be disclosed to the purchaser in writing prior to the execution of the purchase contract.

5. HOW THE DEPOSIT CONTRIBUTION WORKS

•    The $4,000 deposit contribution will be applied directly to reduce the amount payable by the purchaser under the purchase contract. It is not paid as cash or as a cheque to the purchaser.

•    The contribution will appear as a line item on the purchase contract, reducing the balance owed by the purchaser.

•    Where the purchaser is financing the vehicle, the $4,000 contribution will be applied to reduce the financed amount (subject to the terms of the finance agreement). The contribution does not alter any finance provider's approval criteria.

•    The deposit contribution may be used in conjunction with eligible trade-in values unless otherwise stated in the individual purchase contract.

•    The minimum deposit contribution is $4,000. This cannot be applied as a cash refund, credit note, or toward accessories, parts, or servicing outside of the purchase price.

6. EXCLUSIONS

•    Offer is only available through the Used Car Department. Purchases through any new vehicle department, new car order process, or new car sales team are excluded regardless of the vehicle's age or registration status.

•    This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, offer, discount, incentive, cashback, finance promotion, manufacturer bonus, fleet pricing arrangement, or loyalty reward. Only one promotional benefit applies per transaction.

•    The deposit contribution cannot be used as, applied toward, or treated as a reduction in the vehicle's advertised or agreed sale price. Any attempt to apply the contribution as a price discount will render the offer void.

•    Vehicles that do not hold current registration and cannot be made roadworthy and registrable under NSW law at the time of delivery are excluded from this promotion.

•    Salvage title, write-off, or WOVR (Written-Off Vehicles Register) listed vehicles are not eligible for this promotion.

•    New vehicles (not previously registered or sold) are excluded. This offer applies to used vehicles only.

•    Vehicles subject to an active finance encumbrance (e.g. security interest registered on the PPSR) that cannot be discharged prior to delivery are excluded unless the Dealer has obtained written confirmation of discharge.

•    Fleet, wholesale, or dealer-to-dealer transactions are not eligible.

•    Offer excludes auction, tender, or insurance replacement transactions.

7. PPSR — PERSONAL PROPERTY SECURITIES REGISTER

Pursuant to the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth) (PPSA), the Dealer will conduct a PPSR search on all vehicles offered under this promotion prior to sale. Purchasers are advised of the following:

•    The Dealer warrants that, at the time of delivery, no security interest will remain registered against the vehicle on the PPSR, or any such interest will have been discharged prior to delivery.

•    Purchasers are encouraged to conduct their own independent PPSR search prior to execution of the purchase contract.

•    A PPSR search fee may apply at the purchaser's own cost if conducted independently.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

•    This offer is available to private retail purchasers through the Used Car Department only. The Dealers reserve the right to verify purchaser and departmental eligibility.

•    Offer is subject to stock availability. The Dealers do not guarantee the availability of any specific vehicle.

•    This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, discount, incentive, cashback, manufacturer bonus, fleet pricing, finance promotion, loyalty reward, or any other benefit of monetary value. One promotional benefit per transaction only.

•    The $4,000 deposit contribution is not a vehicle price discount and must not be represented, applied, or construed as such by any sales staff, dealer representative, or third party. The vehicle's agreed sale price is determined independently of this promotion.

•    The Dealers reserve the right to withdraw, extend, or amend this promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any binding contracts entered into during the Promotional Period.

•    Prices advertised during the Promotional Period are drive-away or as otherwise specified in the vehicle listing. Purchasers should confirm the total drive-away price inclusive of all applicable government charges, CTP insurance, registration, and dealer delivery fees before signing.

•    This offer is issued by Illawarra Toyota and Albion Park Motor Group and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or administered by any manufacturer (including Toyota Motor Corporation, SAIC-GM-Wuling, Mitsubishi Motors Corporation, Great Wall Motors, or Geely Automobile Holdings).

•    By proceeding with a purchase under this promotion, the purchaser acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
