Promotion Period Tuesday 1 September 2026 to Wednesday 30 September 2026.

The Finance Offer $2,000 Finance Contribution towards an eligible new or demonstrator vehicle, purchased and delivered within the Promotion Period. Excludes fleet.

The Prize Draw Customers who test drive an eligible vehicle during the Promotion Period go into the draw to win a $1,000 Gift Card. One gift card will be awarded between the two participating dealers (Albion Park Rail and North Wollongong.)

These Terms and Conditions govern the promotion described above (“the Promotion”), comprising the Finance Contribution offer and the Test Drive Prize Draw, run at Albion Park Toyota (APT) and Wollongong Toyota (WGT), together “Illawarra Toyota” (each a “Participating Dealer”). By accepting the Finance Contribution and/or entering the Prize Draw, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Promotion Period

The Promotion is available only during the period commencing Tuesday 1 September 2026 and concluding Wednesday 30 September 2026 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion does not apply before or after the Promotion Period.

2. Participating Dealers

The Promotion is available exclusively at Illawarra Toyota's Albion Park Rail and North Wollongong dealerships. The Promotion does not apply at any other dealership, including any other Tony White Group dealership or brand.

3. The Finance Contribution Offer

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, customers who purchase an eligible new or demonstrator Toyota vehicle from a Participating Dealer, arrange and are approved for finance through Toyota Financial Services (TFS) in connection with that purchase, and take delivery of the vehicle within the Promotion Period, will receive a $2,000 Finance Contribution (“the Contribution”) applied towards the customer's TFS finance contract.

The Contribution has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be paid or applied as a discount off the vehicle purchase price if the customer chooses not to finance through TFS.

Finance Contribution — Conditions

• The Finance Contribution is an amount contributed by Illawarra Toyota towards the customer's finance contract with Toyota Financial Services (TFS) [$2,000].

• The Finance Contribution is only available where finance is arranged and approved through Toyota Financial Services (TFS) and is not available with any other financier or payment method.

• The Finance Contribution has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be applied as a discount off the purchase price if the customer chooses not to finance through TFS.

• Standard TFS fees, charges, terms, conditions, and lending criteria apply. Approved applicants only.

• The Finance Contribution applies to eligible new and demonstrator Toyota vehicles purchased and delivered within the Promotion Period and excludes Fleet and Used vehicles.

• Toyota Finance is a division of Toyota Finance Australia Limited ABN 48 002 435 181, AFSL and Australian Credit Licence 392536.

4. Vehicle Eligibility

The Finance Contribution applies only to vehicles that are:

(a) New and Demonstrator Toyota vehicles of any model in the Participating Dealer's current stock at the time of sale; and

(b) able to be delivered to the customer on or before 30 September 2026.

Fleet purchases are excluded. Vehicles that require a factory order, or an interstate or inter-dealer transfer that cannot be completed in time to deliver the vehicle by 30 September 2026, are not eligible for the Finance Contribution.

5. Sale and Delivery Must Occur Within the Promotion Period

To be eligible for the Finance Contribution, the vehicle sale contract must be signed and dated, and the vehicle delivered to the customer, within the Promotion Period, being 1 September 2026 to 30 September 2026 inclusive. Contracts signed or dated, or vehicles delivered, outside the Promotion Period are not eligible, regardless of when discussions or negotiations with the customer began.

6. Not in Conjunction with Any Other Offer

The Finance Contribution cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount, or incentive, whether run by the Participating Dealer, the relevant vehicle manufacturer, or any third party, unless otherwise approved in writing by the Participating Dealer's management.

7. Test Drive Prize Draw — Entry

Customers who complete a test drive of an eligible vehicle at a Participating Dealer during the Promotion Period will receive one entry into the Prize Draw. A purchase is not necessary to test drive or to enter the Prize Draw.

Entry is limited to one entry per person. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and hold a current, valid driver's licence to complete an eligible test drive. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Participating Dealer, the Tony White Group, and the relevant vehicle manufacturers are not eligible to enter.

8. Test Drive Prize Draw — Prizes and Draw

One $1,000 gift card will be awarded between the two participating dealer sites from among the eligible entries received for that site during the Promotion Period. The gift card has no cash alternative and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash, in whole or in part.

The draw for each site will take place within 7 days of the end of the Promotion Period. The winner from both sites will be selected at random from that site's eligible entries and notified by phone or email using the contact details provided at the time of test drive. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, the Participating Dealer reserves the right to redraw.

9. General Conditions

(a) The Finance Contribution and Prize Draw are available while eligible stock and site entries last and may be varied or withdrawn once eligible stock is exhausted.

(b) The Participating Dealer reserves the right to vary, extend, or withdraw the Promotion at any time without notice, provided that any vehicle already validly contracted, or any test drive already validly completed, under the Promotion during the Promotion Period will be honoured.

(c) Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy a customer has under the Australian Consumer Law.

(d) Any images used in advertising this Promotion are for illustration purposes only and may not depict the exact vehicle, colour, or specification available.

(e) Errors and omissions excepted (E&OE).
